Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, in his daily speech from the apartment where he is under 'house arrest', has called on the citizens to stand up in protest.
Berisha said that the moment has come to overthrow this regime, as otherwise Albania will not have a future.
"Therefore, today or never, let's stand up and give our hands to this savage, heartless and anti-Albanian enemy. I call on every young person to rise to the height of his responsibility. His responsibility is not only himself. The responsibility his is the future of Albania because he himself is the future.
If he does not have a future here, Albania dies. So let's get up today, let's get up! I appeal to all those who are free professions, good servants of society, stand up with courage because PD has proven what it is. Stand up to overthrow this regime, in order to restore the free vote to Albanians.
