Sali Berisha has once again launched attacks on SPAK leader Altin Dumani. The opposition leader accused Dumani, calling him a tool of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In an interview for the show "Debat" on "A2CNN", Berisha called the Special Prosecution Office a political prosecutor.
" Altin Dumani bases his position as a tool of Edi Rama on the opinion of the citizens because he says that the citizens like SPAK because it beheaded Lefter Koka. But, the truth is that in the dictatorship we had prosecutors who sentenced political opponents to execution, but also ordinary criminals. For me to accept a political prosecution as an asset, I can never do that. The political prosecution is one of the most important instruments of the dictatorship ," said Berisha.
He further accused SPAK and Dumani of being people who are sleeping on criminal files. According to him, Dumani still leaves ministers who have received 500 thousand euros.
"People who collaborate with crime, sleep on crime files, I never agree with them. I have documents for this. I have documents, as much as Dumani has. Documents that show that Dumani acts politically. Dumani, ministers who have received 500 thousand euros according to the records, still leave ministers. For the documents I have to help me, there must be a prosecutor ," Berisha added.
