"Rama 2025"-Municipality 2000, the return two and a half decades later!

The Sultan's Divan or the government of the Fatherland

Edi Rama's fourth government is the most unrepresentative cabinet at all levels: political, community and religious than all previous governments.

Edi Rama's fourth cabinet is the highest arrogance of a person who considers himself the Prime Minister of a country and rejects it, bringing as his representatives several people who are simply civil servants.

Edi Rama's fourth-term government does not have a single socialist, even though the deputy prime minister is Belinda Balluku and the foreign minister is Elisa Spiropali. The former was a former member of his staff in the municipality of Tirana in the first and second terms, and Spiropali, although chosen by Rama after his second term as district leader, is not a 'racial' socialist.

Rama's fourth government has more people from his first term in the Tirana municipality than political representatives of the Socialist Party.

Blendi Gonxhe is his deputy mayor, Ogerta Manastirliu, Albana Koçiu and Belinda Balluku are also members of the municipal staff.

Mirela Kumbaro, Edi Rama's longest-serving minister, is also part of his personal faction, which, although he has appointed her as political leader in Gjirokastra and Përmet, has no connection to the SP in the area.

Replacing Dibrani's Ulsi Manja with his compatriot Besford Lamallari seems to have a petty purpose. Lamallari is a close friend of SPAK's press chief, Fabian Zhilla, with whom he co-authored a book on criminal clans in Albania, a book financed by the Soros Foundation.

With this move, Rama seeks to move with another Dibrani closer to the connection to SPAK, to have access to investigations or even to the strategies of the special prosecution.

Meanwhile, the appointment of Andis Salla to the post of Minister of Agriculture is simply a partisan move, as he is known as a close friend of Olsi Rama.

In a word, the entire fourth government is nothing more than a group of scoundrels under his control, and not at all a representative team of the country and the party that won the elections on May 11.

The new government has no community representation; there are no ministers from Shkodra, Vlora, Gjirokastra, or Durrës. The new government has no Catholics except for the digital algorithm Diella, just as it has no Muslim or Orthodox representatives.

Because the new cabinet is not a representative government but an appendage staff of Edi Rama. Very few or no one in the new government represents anyone, except for the closeness of the faction to Edi Rama. This is nothing more than the 'Sultan's divan and not the government of the homeland./ Pamphlet
