Rama's private political prosecutor's office, SPAK, based on the false report of the former head of the SP group and the former interior minister, has investigated Berisha in three generations, extending to her granddaughters, since a time when they were not born. They keep the leader of the opposition in unconstitutional arrest without any facts, documents or evidence, except with Rama's wish and decision, his public request in Congress and the Assembly of the SP, as well as with public and non-public already known requests of officials and diplomats corrupt of a friendly country like McGonigal. Skap, with the partisan file, created a fraud pyramid, hid and manipulated hundreds of public documents and put Berisha under illegal house arrest with the sole purpose of serving Rama. It turns out that there is no criminal case in the club's file, there is no criminal fact and the state has not lost a single public penny, on the contrary, it has gained from the implementation of the law. The political prosecutors, mercenaries, knew it was a fraud.', said Berisha.

Berisha has been under house arrest since December 2023 and is being investigated for passive corruption in connection with the privatization of the former "Partizani" sports complex, while his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, who profited by building towers on the land, is accused of passive corruption and money laundering. , also under house arrest. The two prosecutors of the case are Arben Kraja and Enkeleda Minollai.

At the same time, SPAK is also investigating the assets of Sali Berisha and his family, and it is expected to be seen if this investigation will continue separately, or if the "Partizani" file will be divided into factions.

The prosecutors of SPAK are expected to confront Berisha and Malltez with the evidence found against them, and to confront them and ask them about the findings of the investigation group for the Partizan file so far. The charges will also be communicated in writing in the presence of defense lawyers. SPAK may be in the positions of the same accusations on which it started the investigation against Berisha and the son-in-law, but it will be expected to be seen during today if there can be a change in them, burdening or easing the position of the former prime minister and the son-in-law.

Further, it is expected to see how long SPAK will take to completely close the investigations on the "Partizani" file and send it further to the Special Court, with a request for trial. In front of the SPAK investigators, Berisha will also learn whether charges will be communicated to him for the investigation on the property, or if everything will remain open and the special prosecutors will want more time to dig into the family's property. former prime minister.

For this file, the Special Prosecutor's Office has also investigated the builder Fatmir Bektashi, who is currently under mandatory appearance. He has been investigated for the criminal offenses "Active corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", carried out in cooperation, but it is not yet known when the charge will be communicated to him.
