The Ethics Secretariat imposed disciplinary measures following tensions in the last parliamentary session.
Flamur Noka will remain out of the Assembly proceedings for 20 days. Elda Hoti was expelled for 10 days. The decision is related to their actions during the clash in the hall.
During the session, Noka threw a bottle at the head of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, and accompanied the action with threats. At the same time, Hoti took the identification card of MP Bora Muzhaqi.
The Secretariat did not take any action against Taulant Balla. Likewise, no sanction was imposed on Albana Vokshi, who had a verbal argument with Bora Muzhaqin during the session.
The decision enters into force immediately and affects the participation of MPs in parliamentary activities for the specified period.
