Edmond Haxhinasto, a Freedom Party MP and former minister for several terms, has an extensive wealth portfolio that extends from real estate to liquidity and family investments.
According to the declarations in the HIDAA, Haxhinasto owns three apartments. One of them with a surface area of 174 m2 is in full ownership and was created through a bank loan. Another apartment of 52.46 m2 is also in 100% ownership, while a third of 90.6 m2 is in co-ownership, where he owns 50%.
The declaration also includes a vehicle purchased on March 30, 2017, worth 26 thousand euros, at the time when Haxhinasto was part of the government.
In addition to real estate, the MP declares participation in the company "EHN Group", founded on February 8, 2024, where he owns 25% of the shares worth 25 thousand lek. He also has 9 thousand euros in cash and a bank account with 7,148.83 euros.
The family fortune is significantly expanded through the declarations of the wife. She also owns 25% of the shares in “EHN Group”. Her bank accounts show 6,920.45 euros and 76,332.34 dollars, where the declared source is inheritance.
The striking element is the weight of donations and inheritances in her assets. She declares 12 thousand euros in cash from inheritance, as well as two significant loans: 50 thousand euros in September 2025 and 55 thousand euros in October 2024, both with the declared source being the inheritance.
The couple's daughter is also part of this portfolio. She owns 20% of the shares in "Airfire Albania" and 50% in "EHN Group", and has declared income from a salary in this company in the amount of 6,400 euros. Her accounts include 2,795 euros and 4,500 euros in cash.
At the same time, she received a loan of 105 thousand euros in October 2024, which is outstanding.
The data shows a wealth structure distributed across several family levels, with a strong presence of liquidities, shares and loans. The growth of this wealth extends to the time when Haxhinasto was in government as part of the SP-LSI coalition and continues even after the transition to opposition with the Freedom Party.
The asset declaration evidences a continuation of financial accumulation, where inheritance and investments in new companies play the main role in expanding family capital. / Pamphlet

Para ca ditësh u hap një debat mediatik për gazsjellësin Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), që kalon nëpër Turqi, Greqi, Shqipëri dhe nën ujrat e Detit Adriatik ҫon gaz në Itali. Shtetet jo anëtare të BE - së, përfitojn dalje gazi dhe tranzit fee, Shqipëria asnjërën as tjetrën. Kur Rama u bë k/ministër, ai reklamoi benefitet e projektit, por kur u kujtua pas një heshtje të gjatë dhe pa kontratën, ku ne nuk fitonim asgjë, ai filloi lojën në 2016 – në, dërgoi Ministrin Damian Gjiknuri, për ri - negociata me kompaninë e TAP – it, që në atë kohë s’kishte përfunduar akoma. Në një debat në TV doli se ai nuk e kishte diskutuar fare këtë pikë. Sipas llogjikës tij gjërat ishin mbyllur dhe nuk hapen më. Çdo shtet ku kalojn magjistrale nafte/gazi në botë ka benefite të mira, me siguri ne i përfitojm ato por për efekt korrupsioni ato shkojn në llogaritë bankare të qeveritarëve negociator, Berisha - Meta, por heshtja e k/ministrit Rama dhe llogjika boshe e Ministrit Gjiknuri tregojn se edhe kjo qeveri duhet të marri pjesën e saj. Vizitat në Azerbaxhan e mjeshtrave të korrupsionit, Berisha – Meta – Rama, pasi u hap ky debat mediatik, flasin mjaft për këtë. Korrupsioni qeveritarëve tanë ka vite që ka dal jashtë kontrollit dhe jashtë kufirit shtetëror! . . . . . . .
