The member of the Presidency of the Re-establishment, Eno Bozdo stated that the "Rama" government is risking a penalty of 140 million euros from the Court of Arbitration for the case of the port of Durrës.
According to him, these decisions are based on Rama's political and economic interest.
"The Court of International Arbitration rejected the request of the Rama government, and decided in favor of the German company EMS, opening the trial on the basis of the case for a damage of 40 million euros, caused to the latter by the decision to turn the port of Durrës into a resort.
With this decision, unfortunately, 40 million euros of Albanian taxes can be considered lost.
At the same time, the Turkish company 'Durres Kurum Shipping' has sued the Rama government for another 100 million euros, in a second case that is again related to the Port of Durres.
Taking into account the serial losses of arbitration cases by the Rama government, as a result of clientelistic decisions, this terrible bill will increase", said Bozdo.
The Democrat has also brought to attention the "Beçhetti" issue, where as a result of Edi Rama's interests, the Albanians must pay 110 million euros.
"Surely, in the future, Edi Rama will solemnly and publicly swear that 'no kacidhe from the Albanian lek will be paid for the Port of Durres', just as he swore with his hand on his heart and his heart in his pocket, in the case of Agon Channel .
Edi Rama is doing what all autocrats in the world have a knack for: stealing and manipulating elections to control economic power, and with the stolen money they manipulate and steal the next elections.
But such predatory regimes do not last long," said Bozdo.
