"We agreed in Brussels that Albania is ready to open the first group-chapter. I don't understand why we can't make this decision. Although I understand the importance of good relations with neighbors. You cannot build good relations with your neighbors if you block each other. In the following months, we will have the intergovernmental conference and we will move on to the negotiations, because we want to open the first group negotiations", said Varhelyi.
