Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that in these 10 years after the Berlin Process, the region has not progressed as much as it should because of the mentality.
During his speech, in a joint conference with Varhelyi, Rama declared that they are preparing to sign other agreements, and they are talking about hundreds of millions.
"The single biggest obstacle we can fear is the mentality among the countries of the region. This new growth plan, as far as what we have to do in the regional plan, is exactly what we agreed 10 years ago, in the Berlin process, what we have tried to bring to the Open Balkans. The reason that for 10 years we did not manage to progress as much as we would like was the mentality and the intervention of the internal political rhetoric against our mentality. Blocking truck traffic is against the spirit of the Berlin Process. If we don't do things together we won't be good. The growth plan is our reform results process. In Albania, we will move forward with a wave of reforms", said Rama.
