Blushi says that it has already been proven that the Durrës Port affair is a multiple economic crime, for which, according to him, only Edi Rama is responsible.
The General Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, in a statement to the media, has published the facts that, according to him, seal the project of the Port of Durrës as a corrupt mafia affair.
Blushi says that it has already been proven that the Durrës Port affair is a multiple economic crime, for which, according to him, only Edi Rama is responsible.
He adds that from the promise that there will be zero investment from the State Budget for this project, the investment with the PPP scheme was claimed at 390 million euros, and recently in the direct investment from the State Budget of 430 million euros, but he adds that the final value will to capture the staggering figure, 1 billion euros.
Blushi says that the Freedom Party calls on SPAK to react and not close its eyes to the facts.

The Durrës Port project is not a strategic investment, but a typical mafia affair against national interests, another renaissance madness, which is defined only by greed, greed, money laundering, the complete lack of transparency and the destruction of the public interest.
It has already been proven that the affair of the Port of Durrës is a multiple economic crime with serious and comprehensive consequences, where Prime Minister Edi Rama is solely responsible.
His first promise in voice and image that "he will not take a single grain of money from the state budget", for the Port of Durrës, turned out to be a big, treacherous and mafia fraud, like all the other promises of "Renaissance".
Meanwhile, from zero lek financing from the State Budget, Prime Minister Edi Rama switched to another promise, the investment of 390 million euros with PPP, where 46% of the investment value would be contributed by the Government of Albania or the Port Authority of Durrës and 54% would it was the contribution of the company that would win the international competition.
Even this promise turned out to be a mafia fraud, as currently the Government has planned to spend about 430 million euros from the State Budget for the Port of Durrës, funding that will be covered 100% by Albanian taxpayers.
So from the promise of "zero investment from the State Budget", the investment with the PPP scheme was claimed at 390 million euros, and recently in the direct investment from the State Budget of 430 million euros.
Of course, the final value will be many times greater and is expected to reach the staggering figure of around 1 billion euros.
The expenses for the construction of the new port were initially allocated in the budget as foreign financing, but since neither NATO nor any bank considered the project feasible, the money is being provided from the budget.
Today the Government forgives 300 million euros in taxes and assets, gives 415 million euros to build the port in Porto Romano and at the end of 20 years benefits 282 million euros.
So until now the loss has been about 430 million euros.
Clearly, no economic benefit for the state and the Albanians, on the contrary, an economic disaster and blatant looting of their taxes.
The Freedom Party calls on SPAK to react and not close its eyes to these facts in the light of the sun, which prove that the Durrës Port affair is nothing but pure theft and corruption.
SPAK must act without delay and not wait for political orders to launch investigations, or admit that they are a section of "Renaissance" and responsible just as much for the rampant corruption and criminal ties to the Government.
