After Edi Rama's ultimatum, the directors of the Municipality of Durrës have resigned en masse.
Among the names, Valbona Qirjako stands out, who is the sister of former mayor Vangjush Dako. The latter has been known since the time when Valbona Sako was at the head of the municipality. The latter removed her from office as soon as she took over the leadership of the municipality.
But Sako resigned and was later appointed by Emirjana, the current mayor. Apparently, the latter has also reinstated him as head of the Budget Directorate.
Another notable name that has left is Ardian Iljazaj, Director of Services. He was previously the director of the Cadastre in Durrës and Rama himself attacked him, calling him a "stupid guy."
