On Wednesday afternoon, Ervin Salianji, a member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, started the "Pulpit" tour from Durrës, a meeting that can be considered impressive in terms of participation, although there was an attempt to thwart it, through messages sent to members of this party.
The Salijanj Speech was held one day after Sali Berisha, the leader of the DP, launched his Speeches, with a meeting with the Democrats of Units 8 and 9 in Tirana.
And while Berisha considers Salianja's "Speech" as a meeting outside the structures, the former MP spoke today about refreshing the DP and its return to a party that gives hope and wins elections.
Salianji did not hesitate to assert that the current leadership of the DP is not listening to the Democrats and according to him, the KZ is a big mistake. On his side, Salianji had Ilir Alimehmet, but also local leaders of the DP.
On the other hand, Berisha seems to be responding to Salijanj's action with a meeting he will hold in Lezha, the district where on May 11, the opposition won 4 out of 7 mandates.
Berisha will hold a meeting with the DP structures and membership in Rrëshen tomorrow.
The meeting will be held at 18:00 at the Palace of Culture in Rrëshen. This announcement comes a day after Berisha's meeting with the structures of the 9th unit in Tirana.
"Tomorrow, Thursday, date 04.12.2025, at 18:00, the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, will be in Rrëshen for a special meeting with the structures and membership of the DP. This meeting comes with the desire to share new energies, conversation and organization against a corrupt government of the Renaissance", announced Gjekmarkaj.
