Former Democratic Party candidate for MP, Ethem Aga, explained on "Terminal" with Aurora Sulça, the rumors linking him to a possible candidacy for the Municipality of Tirana, in the by-elections against Ogerta Manastirliu.
He stated that he will be part of the opposition campaign, either as a candidate or as part of the staff of the person selected for this race, in order to change, according to Aga, the face of Tirana.
"Yes, I will not turn my back on war. Whoever is selected from these negotiations must go to war. I can tell you one thing, that I will be part of the Democratic Party's campaign. I will be here. I will fight with all my energy so that the united opposition wins and gives another face to Tirana and the people of Tirana can be proud of their future mayor," said Ethem Aga.
According to him, it is very important to build an opposition figure who will convince the residents of the capital that change is needed.
"The name is not as important as the figure that we will build during the negotiations of these days. He will also represent the policy of the united opposition. I always pray that the united opposition finds the right person," he declared.
