Jurist Ylli Manjani, while commenting on the political situation, said that the Albanian Parliament was artificially built by Rama and Basha.
According to him, we cannot expect to have a parliament that has a fair constitutional relationship with the institutions, since those who are elected as deputies serve only their president.
With irony, he said that despite the fact that all oppositionists do not call the government's decisions right, there were no MPs expelled from the "Huthi" group (referring to Lulzim Basha).
" How come we didn't see anyone excluded from these "Huthis"? This parliament is artificially constructed, you have a hard time finding a personality in there. This parliament has the face of Edi Rama in its origin and of Lulzim Basha, which became "Huthi" due to developments.
From this point of view, you cannot expect this artificially constructed parliament to have a fair constitutional relationship with the government, with the institutions, no these are some small officials who receive a salary as an MP and answer to the benefactor who introduced them on the list ", said Manjani.
