The former deputy of the Democratic Party, Genc Pollo, has accused Veliaj that the only thing he knows how to do is to deny that he has shares together with his directors in the hotel with strategic status.
He emphasizes that the mayor of Tirana avoids his responsibilities for the thefts he has committed.
"The only thing that comes out of his mouth is to deny that he has shares, together with his directors, in the hotel with strategic status. Not a word does he mention his responsibility:
⁃ for the robbery of 22 million Euros of tax money entrusted to the municipality
⁃ For the directors that he himself appointed, he himself had the obligation to control them (with audit, etc.) but who were actually close to the chairman.
⁃ that the accusations of the opposition, today proven by court documents, he opposed, some even sued for defamation.
Stop demanding a public apology from him ," Pollo writes on Facebook.
