Democratic deputies are obstructing the start of the plenary session while sitting in the chairs of government ministers.
The hall descended into chaos, and at one point MP Klevis Balliu was filmed attempting to climb onto the table to pass to the ministers' seat, but one of the guards pulled him away, preventing him from passing.
Amid the tensions, the leader of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, reacted in high tones, accusing the majority and shouting: "Send Belinda Balluku to jail."
The action of the opposition MPs was considered an act of protest against the government, while representatives of the majority described the situation as an obstruction of the normal work of the Assembly.
