A day after the tense parliamentary session, the Socialist Party requested the exclusion from the plenary session of deputies Saimir Korreshi, Edmond Spaho and Kastriot Piroli after they created chaos in the Assembly and lit smoke, preventing the normal development of the plenary session the day before.
Among the smokers, the SP approved yesterday the new regulation which excludes for 2 months the deputies who cause chaos in the Assembly.
The session lasted only 8 minutes, while the 13 MPs expelled for more than an hour and a half, in an attempt to enter the hall, physically collided with the guard, while breaking the glass of the main door of the Assembly.
According to the majority, these three legislators created chaos in the Assembly and ignited smoke, preventing the normal development of the plenary session the day before.
Meanwhile, immediately after the end of the voting, Gazment Bardhi warned that the new regulation will be taken to the Constitutional Court.
