Who is the minister under investigation? SPAK officially confirms: We have opened the file on Arbjan Mazniku

The Special Prosecution Office has confirmed that the minister under investigation is Arbjan Mazniku.

"Pamphlet" was the first to break the news that SPAK had put a minister under investigation, and then the allegations spread. The media close to the government tried to hide it.

While it is officially confirmed that there is a minister under investigation, he is the Minister for Local Government Arbjan Mazniku, who is being investigated for the period when he was deputy mayor.

SPAK responded to the interest of News24 journalist Klodiana Lala by stating that the file has arrived from the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, for jurisdiction.

SPAK also explains that a lot has been drawn for the prosecutor for the file and verifications have begun.

" The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has forwarded the file to us for jurisdiction. The file has been drawn and is being verified ," SPAK said. 

Arbjan Mazniku currently holds the position of Minister of State for Local Government, while in the May 11 elections he was the political leader of the Socialist Party in the Elbasan Region.
