Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, also the leader of the DP, appeared today at SPAK, respecting the security measure "compulsory appearance", according to which he must appear twice a month, the first and third week of each month. Berisha has been taken as a defendant by SPAK in connection with the 'Partizani' file, while the case against him and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, has been sent to the GJKKO.
After the appearance, the democratic leader, in a communication to the media, announced the note he left at the SPAK offices, while attacking the head of the Special Prosecution, Altin Duman, whom he described as a public fraud of the highest rank, the same as Ramaduro.
" In my submission, I left this note:
"Altin Troplini alias Dumani is a public fraudster of the highest rank, the same as Ramaduro."
He declared that the lawsuits brought to SKAP, with dozens and dozens of lawsuits for electoral crime, had the complete immorality of deceiving Albanians that these lawsuits had no evidence.
I guarantee that he will answer to the Albanians for this public deception and that the parliament, the opposition, will start work precisely on unraveling this public deception.
"Because with this public deception, Altin Troplini is also the main advocate of the ugly electoral crime, the greatest guarantee of the violation of every law, norm and standard for the free voting of Albanians ," said Berisha.
