The member of the DP National Council, Roland Bejko, has stated that all the deputies who joined the meeting with Berisha, stepped on themselves because according to him, in the DP National Assembly held in December, they signed and said they would separate from the past.
In an interview for "Abc News" he said that this meeting was to the detriment of the Democratic Party, as he added that those who joined you are Berisha's hostages.
" All bullies are together. I'm talking about the tyrannical elite that had power until 2013, they shared wealth and money, they collected corruption files for each other, and whoever doesn't go willingly, goes because the file is there. Bejko also added that the real reason for joining Berisha's group is to preserve the deputy's mandate in the next elections.
"Their going there did another damage because until yesterday they had the merit of keeping the parliamentary group and not leading it to non grata, they were in a wave with the internationals and the US who did not want non grata to take political and institutional prominence. They already gave it to him. If they will create a separate parliamentary group is another thing, but if they will join Foltore, why did they do it today when Basha took over the party because they probably hoped to take over the party themselves. This creates a pocket that will fill quickly. It will be filled with what the PD will present to the Albanians, which beyond the words they said in the assembly, will provide evidence. The citizens will receive an answer that Basha is no longer the Basha of the mud that Berisha threw or the mistakes he made during the time he led the DP, not only because he had Berisha on his head and we will have him in another dimension", said Bejko.
