Mediu against Berisha at the head of the DP: The old picture is no longer needed!

The chairman of the Republican Party, Fatmir Mediu, says that Sali Berisha should allow a new face of governance in the DP.

Invited to the show "Black and White", Mediu said that the opposition needs to open up to ideas and people. According to him, it should be combative not only on the road but also in new ideas.

" The opposition today should think that it is much smaller to face evil, it should open up in ideas and people. We have tremendous intellectual capital outside of Albania and it is important for how to approach this. We did a shutdown with electoral reform because removing the race removes a target of who is good or not.

But still the opposition, the DP leadership, Mr. Berisha, should come out and give a show of a new face of governance with these people. The old photo is no longer needed. We need to build a different opposition, fighting in the streets and in ideas", he said.
