Fier district MP, Luan Baçi, has appealed for the massive mobilization of democrats and Fier citizens in the opposition protest, describing participation as a necessary reaction to the political and economic situation in the country.
In a public statement, Baçi said that the presence of citizens from Fier and surrounding areas is an indicator of determination for change.
"Fieri will be strongly present at this protest. It is the moment for all of us to raise our voices together against the injustices and difficulties that are burdening every Albanian family," he emphasized.
The Democratic MP added that the protest is a form of civic response and a direct message to the government.
"This is not just a political protest, but a call for change. Citizens must be in the square to demand accountability and protect their future," declared Baçi.
According to him, the leadership structures of the Democratic Party at the local level have been engaged in organizing the departure of citizens to Tirana. The head of the DP branch in Patos and the head of the branch in Fier have coordinated transportation and participation, in order to guarantee a wide presence at the rally.
The afternoon protest is expected to gather supporters from several regions of the country, while the Fier Democrats express their determination to be an active part of it, with the aim of conveying their message to the center of political decision-making.
