Justice reform and SPAK arrests are expected to be Rama's main card in the May 11 election campaign.
After 3 mandates in power, you no longer have what you promise and Rama is giving the signals that now he will go out and tell the Albanians that he brought the new justice and that the Americans brought "Ndoc Rroku".
But the year 2025 will be a test for Edi Rama, as far as the new justice is concerned. The Prime Minister boasts that he brought it, but until today he has not said anything about the requests addressed to the Parliament by SPAK.
Altin Dumani, both verbally and in writing, has requested 2 main things from the "Xhafaj" Commission: Give the right to the prosecutors to compete for another 9-year term and increase the value of corruption, so that SPAK is taken only with the highest level officials.
Meanwhile, another proposal has arrived from the international community. It is known that they have asked for changes to be made in the law, removing the part that the head of SPAK does not have the right to run for office. So in short, they demand that Altin Dumani have another mandate as leader, since his term ends this year.
Rama attacked Fatmir Xhafajn, giving him the flag of anti-corruption. The one who is described as the "architect of justice reform" is working behind the scenes, but he has never mentioned SPAK's demands.
