The Assembly has voted the president's decrees for the new government cabinet.
The Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, was dismissed with 95 votes in favor and 1 against. SP MP Erion Braçe was the only one who voted against the dismissal of Olta Xhaçka as Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs. After the approval in the Assembly, the new ministers will be sworn in by the President of the Republic.
The opposition MPs requested a debate on the decrees, but this was not accepted.
Voting in the Assembly for dismissals and appointments:
The Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu, was dismissed with 110 votes in favor
The Minister of Education, Evis Kushi, was dismissed with 99 votes in favor, 1 abstention and 3 against.
The Minister of Agriculture, Frida Krifca, is dismissed with 107 votes in favor
The Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, Edona Bilali, was dismissed with 102 votes in favor and 4 against
The Minister of State, Milva Ikonomi, was dismissed with 98 votes in favor, 2 abstentions and 2 against
Appointed with 73 votes in favor and 35 against Arbian Mazniku as Minister of State for Local Government
Albana Koçiu was appointed as Minister of Health with 73 votes in favor and 32 against
Igli Hasani was appointed as Foreign Minister with 74 votes in favor and 33 against
73 votes in favor and 33 against Ogerta Manastirliu as Minister of Education
73 votes in favor and 27 against Anila Denaj is appointed as Minister of Agriculture
