PD MP, Gazment Bardhi, addressed a letter to the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, asking her that today in the Parliament, the approval of the decrees for the new names of the government should be accompanied by debates and discussions.
Bardhi requests that the deputies discuss and have 10 minutes available to discuss dismissals and new appointments in the government.
He requests the meeting of the Conference of Presidents.
"In support of articles 48 and 110 of the Rules of the Assembly, where it is determined that "every deputy has the right to speak for no more than 10 minutes, except when the Rules prescribe otherwise", we request that the review of the Decrees for the dismissal and appointment of Ministers to develop with the discussion of each deputy who wants to discuss.
In no article of the Regulation of the Assembly, the impossibility of discussing this issue is foreseen. Article 110 of the Regulation of the Assembly provides the special rules for approving the composition of the Council of Ministers, which is also applicable in the case of changes in this composition.
Also, if from your side it is estimated that the discussion should be at the time determined according to article 48, point 3 of the Rules of the Assembly, please call a meeting of the Conference of Speakers to discuss this issue", says Gazment Bardhi's letter.
