The new parliamentary session has begun with tensions, as the opposition has blocked the rostrum. As soon as the national anthem was sung, opposition MPs immediately stood up, blocking the rostrum.
DP MPs led by Berisha and Bardhi blocked the podium, demanding that Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi grant the Assembly's authorization to SPAK to arrest Deputy Prime Minister Balluku.
The MPs have also demanded that Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku leave the hall, blocking the Parliament podium in protest.
Despite the chaos, Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi did not interrupt his speech.
"You have violated the law by becoming a shield for a corrupt person. Hand over Balluk to justice ," Bardhi said.
Meanwhile, Niko Peleshi responded with irony, saying: "You're going to go gray, man! How can you not get tired?"
