How the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was destroyed during 12 years in power, with party militants, family members, clients and honorary consuls with criminal records.
Edi Rama publicly admitted that Albanian diplomacy is dysfunctional, but avoided responsibility. The facts show that during his government, the diplomatic service was filled with militants, friends and individuals linked to crime, turning the Foreign Ministry into a captured and incriminated structure.
"Global leader" Edi Rama, who lectures European Union leaders and heads of state on geostrategic diplomacy at every summit and international meeting, publicly admitted that the Albanian diplomatic service is failed and out of order.
The Prime Minister acknowledged the consequence, but did not say the cause. He did not say who put the Foreign Ministry out of operation. He did not say who destroyed the diplomatic service during his government. He did not say who incriminated him.
The answer is well-known and factual. During Edi Rama's 12 years in power, the Foreign Ministry, embassies and consulates were filled with Socialist Party militants, family members and friends of the prime minister, high-ranking officials and individuals connected to crime, fictitiously endowed with diplomatic ranks.
The only Foreign Minister who attempted to build a professional platform and an institutional image for Albanian diplomacy was Ditmir Bushati. During his five years in office, he created a functional structure and increased the international credibility of the diplomatic service. He was dismissed because he refused to implement the diplomacy of Edi Rama's personal interests.
In January 2019, Edi Rama appointed himself Foreign Minister and remained in this position until 2020. He then handed over the ministry to Olta Xhaçka, with no connection to diplomacy, but known for serious appointment scandals in the institutions she had previously led.
Officials, diplomats and honorary consuls with criminal records
After being appointed minister, Olta Xhaçka appointed Amant Josifi , Olsi Rama's partner in the criminal call-center network, now internationally wanted, as First Advisor. Josifi had previously served as an advisor in the Ministry of Defense.
Subsequently, the chain of problematic appointments extended to the entire diplomatic service.
Xhuliana Dumani , sister of Nuredin Dumani , was appointed to the NATO information office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Juna Harka , whose Turkish husband, Ramazan Keskin , is the head of a cocaine trafficking organization with an international arrest warrant in force since 2020, was appointed secretary at the Albanian Consulate in Istanbul .

– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Turqi, Kamil Ekim Alptekin, mik i Erdoganit, biznesmen turk me dosje hetimore në FBI dhe proces gjyqësor në Virxhinia, për financim për pengmarrjen dhe ekstradimin në Turqi të Fetullah Gulenit.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Turqi, Bahadir Aksoy, dhëndri i bosit të grupit turk “Çalik” në Shqipëri, i dënuar me burg në Kosovë për vjedhjen e 2500 tonë grurë nga rezervat shtetërore.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Pakistan, Seyhan Pencabligil, drejtor turko-pakistanez i BKT-së në Shqipëri, nën hetim për përfshirje në rrjetin mafioz të mikrokredive.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Uruguaj, Ilir Trebicka, miku dhe klienti i Edi Ramës, ortak me oligarkun rus Oleg Deripaska në resorte, kulla dhe HEC-e private në Shqipëri, i sanksionuar nga SHBA për financim të Vladimir Putinit dhe pjesë e grupit “Rama–McGonigal”.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Bangladesh, Shaban Xhabrahimi, mik i Ambasadës Ruse në Tiranë dhe klient i Edi Ramës për përfitim lejesh resortesh, pallatesh dhe tokash publike.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Mongoli, Belma Çela, bashkëshortja e ish-deputetit të LSI-së dhe PS-së, Agron Çela, e përfshirë në dosjen CEZ–DIA me Ilir Metën dhe përfituese lejesh për resorte dhe kulla. Edi Rama i bëri vajzën deputete të PS-së.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Portugali, Dorian Sadiku, pjesë e dosjes së SPAK-ut për kontrabandë ilaçesh, pastrim parash dhe falsifikim tenderësh me grupin e Ilir Beqjes.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Hungari, Kliti Hoti, deputet i PD-së, kunati i Dorian Sadikut, me dosje për kontrabandë ilaçesh, pastrim parash dhe falsifikim tenderësh me grupin e Ilir Beqjes.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Islandë, Isuf Berberi, pjesë e grupeve mafioze të kontrabandës së naftës, me disa dosje hetimore.
– Konsull Nderi i Shqipërisë në Korenë e Jugut, Agron Papuli, friend of Edi Rama, beneficiary of construction permits and millions from tenders, with a money laundering file.
– Honorary Consul of Albania in Cyprus, Vladimir Avrami , name in SHISH reports, in BKH files and the TIMS system, for trafficking with Kristian Boçi, Elman Abule, Drilona Boçi and his son Arbër Avrami, director in the “Rama” government.
– Honorary Consul of Albania in Norway, Marinela Jazoj , under investigation by SPAK for collaboration with Ilir Beqje in the theft of EU funds.
– Honorary Consul of Albania in Tunisia, Nikolin Jaka , food businessman and beneficiary of millions of euros from tenders, former Deputy Minister of Transport, sentenced to prison for corruption.
This is not diplomacy. This is the capture of the diplomatic service by private, clientelist, and criminal interests.
When Edi Rama admits that Albanian diplomacy is out of order, he is in fact admitting the result of a personal power project. The Foreign Ministry did not fail by chance. It was destroyed by deliberate appointments, by political clients and by individuals who do not represent the Albanian state, but the interests of a small group in power.

Ska si të ndodh ndryshe kur në krye të shtetit është një i paaftë detyrimisht këta mafioz dhe kondrabandistë që nga ilaçet dhe ushqimet do të jenë konsuj dhe jo vetëm me në krye Olta Xhaçkën. Mjer populli kush po na drejton.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
