The head of the Democratic Party reacted a day after the opposition protest in the capital.
In a statement to the media, while thanking the citizens, he said that those who came to the square responded to the call for civil disobedience.
Berisha said that there will be no peace if free elections are not held in Albania, while he called on Prime Minister Rama to create the technical government.
"We don't want victory at the table", said Sali Berisha, who also warned of other forms of protest, such as protests or strikes.
According to him, civil disobedience will also extend to other cities such as Shkodra, Durrës, etc. as he added that PD has 77 ways of civil disobedience.
Asked if there will be protests in front of SPAK, Berisha attacked the special prosecutors, as he described them as Rama's tools, but did not confirm if there will be protests in front of justice institutions.
"I want to start this speech with a heartfelt thank you to all those brave citizens who last night gave the best lecture on what the opposition is. Last night they were the conscience of the nation, the voice of the silent people, they were the conscience of the civilized man who everywhere in the world stands up against injustices, against tyrannies.
Yesterday they resembled the Phoenix, in fact they were the leaders, they were the leader, the lord of the capital, but also of Albania.
God bless them!
A special thanks to all those boys and girls, who last night responded to the thefts of the century of incinerators, sterilizations, Dubai City, Edi Rama's paradise, the amnesty of Scrap mercenaries to these great crimes, with civil disobedience.
A big thank you to all those men and women who last night responded with civil disobedience to the political imprisonment of the opposition, the trials with false witnesses, as in the darkest times of the Hoxha dictatorship.
A thank you to all those brave and courageous who last night responded with civil disobedience to Edi Rama's transformation of the election process into an electoral farce, and who yesterday gave the clear message that without free elections, Albania does not have and will not have peace!
An infinite gratitude to all those centrists who responded last night with civil disobedience to the replacement of the rule of law with the Padrino narco-state, the replacement of the Constitution of the Republic with the Xhaçko-Constitution and the country's parliament with the Spirogjoka parliament, the replacement of the government with the narco-government of Padrino and the greedy lubies, drug tao-taos.
In the coming weeks, disobedience will dismantle your narco-state. Last night was the first action, we have tests, strikes, forward, roadblocks, we have 77 ways of civil disobedience that will crumble the narco-state of Rama. Do not think that the civil disobedience started in Tirana and ended only there, soon you will have Shkodra, Durrës, Kukës, all of Albania in disobedience.
When will there be protests in front of SPAK? Berisha: SKAP is a very dangerous criminal organization for democracy in Albania, the rule of law, the Constitution, but I think that SPAK is a blind tool in the hands of the head of organized crime, Edi Rama. It is a section of the Crime Party, our goal remains in this objective, although we have made it clear what the party's Skrap represents" , said Berisha during his speech.
