
The police of Delvina have criminally prosecuted 4 nurses of the city hospital, after they misused their duty by throwing hospital waste in inappropriate premises.
In violation of the law, nurses were found by an investigative show to be throwing hospital waste inside the hospital.
The procedural materials in their charge were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë, for further actions.
"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Delvina Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the criminal offenses "Abuse of duty" and "Waste management", for the citizens of the UK, 30 years old, Sh. G., 39 years old, GH, 28 years old and AS, 33 years old, all four working as nurses in Delvina hospital.
Criminal proceedings were initiated against these citizens after, thanks to the cooperation with the journalists of the investigative show "Stop", the services of the Delvina Police Station have established that in the interior of the Delvina hospital, where these citizens work, hospital waste was thrown, contrary to the law ", says the police announcement.
