DP MP Klevis Balliu reacted before the start of the National Protest by raising accusations against the State Police for attempting to provoke the participants.
Balliu said the protest represents a continuation of the resistance against the government. According to him, there is information that the police have infiltrated individuals with the aim of inciting incidents.
He claimed that unidentified persons, masked with hoods, could be used to curse or attack, as well as to insert pyrotechnic devices into minors' bags to create tense situations.
Balliu emphasized that the organizers intend to focus on issues that affect citizens and that they will not engage in provocations.
"We are in a resistance protest, a continuous confrontation with the regime. We have information that the police are looking for and infiltrating individuals to provoke. But they will receive an answer from the sovereign. They bring in people with hoods, provocateurs who curse and attack. To put capsules in the bags of minors. But no one here deals with these anymore. We want to deal with the problems of the citizens, and I say that every dictatorship will come to an end," he told News 24.
The DP MP did not spare any irony about the government. He said that the SP headquarters is armored because those who stole are hiding there. Balliu called on the police to go to that building and arrest the thieves.
