The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, reacted sharply after the end of today's plenary session in the Parliament. He accused Prime Minister Rama of violating the rules of procedure and manipulating parliamentary committees.
Berisha stated that the changes made to the composition of the committees are invalid, as according to him, they cannot be made without first amending the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.
"He started it yesterday in the Assembly by violating the rules. No committee is changed without changing the Rules. His morality is just drugs."
