Sali Berisha and his son-in-law have decided to follow the same strategy regarding the confrontation with SPAK.

Prosecutors have requested that the former prime minister and his son-in-law appear at SPAK for questioning. Berisha requested the postponement of this process and it seems that Malltezi has done the same.

Jamarbër Malltez's lawyer, Antoneta Sevdari, in a statement for Top Channel, indicated that she requested a postponement for her client's hearing

" I will be in a trial that I cannot leave, while the other lawyer is not in Albania ", said lawyer Sevdari.

With the same reasoning, the lawyers of the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha also asked for the postponement of the session. Lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi said that they have another agenda and cannot come at 10:00 to accompany Berisha.
