The first act in office of the Minister of Economy and Culture, Blendi Gonxhe, was a 'bomb'.
By means of an official letter, he has asked 'alba film' to verify the state contracts with the properties that have been allocated by Sali Berisha's government in the territory of the former Kinostudio Albania e Re.
In that area, there are some of the private televisions in the country, the most important of which is TV Klan, which is owned by Aleksandër Frangaj.
But also, there are Ora News, ABC News, Tv Skan, or even the 'Marubi' Film Academy.
As it is learned, Gonxhe has started an official process of verifying the situation, since for a long time there has been a problem in that property as a result of a claim by the land owners. Who have been fighting legal battles for years, but the then government of Sali Berisha did not allow them to recognize their property.
It is about the claims of the Hysa family, which owns the documents of the inheritance of the land where the television Klan of Aleksandër Frangaj was built. Case, which comes in a current precedent, based on the privatization of the lands of the former club Partizani, where the son-in-law of Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, took the largest part.
The affair with the former "Partizani" complex is very small, compared to the affair with 165,000 m2 of land and objects of the former "Shqipëria e Re" Cinema Studio, former property of the "Hysa" family, which former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, did not he gave them as he did with the "Begeja" tribe, where his son-in-law is a part.
Together with the former minister Ridvan Bode, the government of Berisha donated it to Aleksandër Frangaj, to establish the business of "TV-Klan", although the legitimate owners "Hysa" won the right to receive this property by decision of the Supreme Court. but they could not get it, although they sent 73 complaints and requests to the former prime minister Sali Berisha.
The second affair, which Sali Berisha and Ridvan Bode have done in favor of Aleksandër Frangaj during the 2005-2013 government, is 12 million Euros from the state budget, donated to "TV Klan" for television advertisements in favor of the government.
For the robbery of the former Kinostudio and for the 12 million Euros of advertising they donated to Aleksandër Frangaj, the SP government filed a criminal complaint in November 2013 after coming to power, accusing Prime Minister Sali Berisha and Minister Ridvan Bode.
Even before coming to power, Babloku told TV-Klan journalists: "Say goodbye to Sandri"; while after the arrival of the criminal complaint, he declared in the parliament that the millions stolen by Sali Berisha's media tycoon will be returned to the state.
But for 10 years, Sandër Frangaj has become Rama's teller and has received state land permits for towers, hotels, resorts and farms in Tirana, Durrës, Kavajë, Lalëz, Vlorë, Himarë and Sarandë, while Ridvan Bode was appointed by the SP in Supervisory Council of the State Bank.
The publication of this issue in the media, but also the complaint of the Hysa family to the judicial bodies, and possibly also to the SPAK, opens the green light for an investigation by the special prosecutor's office on this issue.
If this happens, in addition to Sali Berisha, who is under investigation, the government of Edi Rama may also be penalized.
It seems that in order to face this issue, Blendi Gonxhe has requested the documentation, and according to the possibilities, the terms of the contract will be reviewed. Therefore, the decision of the Supreme Court, which gave the right to the Hysa family, cannot be left unaddressed. Which means, that the decision can be implemented, returning the property to the owner, with whom Aleksandër Frangaj will have to negotiate new conditions for the lease of the land where he built TV-Klan and not only. This may not be a quick process, but chances are that Frangaj can no longer enjoy the favors of the governments, which he has had all these years. / Pamphlet
