The request addressed to the Special Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office was confirmed to the media by lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi. According to him, they have another agenda and cannot come at 10:00 to accompany Berisha.
Meanwhile, SPAK has also summoned Berisha's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltez, for Thursday.
Berisha and Malltezi are under "house arrest", as they are accused of corruption in the case of the privatization of the former sports complex, Partizani.
