The independent MP Agron Shehaj repeated the accusations articulated today in the Parliament for the tourist project in Sazan.
Invited to the studio of the "Te Paespozuarit" show, he stated that today the question is whether Rama is benefiting politically from the award of Sazan, bringing back the law on strategic investments in force since 2015.
" There is no one who is against the construction of a school, hospital, or resort. How many benefits it will bring is another problem. A resort from an entity to a serious international company is a good thing, but overdue.
The question is whether Edi Rama is looking to benefit politically from the awarding of Sazan, or for the benefits from this economic potential. If we see how Rama has used the law on strategic investments, to whom he has given it, how he has divided it into several hands of oligarchs, there are very strong doubts about a decision of Rama's for a decision about which we have no information.
What we suspect is based on the facts that there is no transparency, there is no competition, there are people very close to Edi Rama who have taken all the infrastructure of Albania, roads, ports, airports, we are talking about Kastrati, these have pushed Rama to this decision" , he said.
