DP MP Jorida Tabaku has called President Begaj's decree on the Law of Investigative Commissions a lost chance for a consensual law between the parties.
Through a reaction on the "X" platform, Tabkau said that this decree does not guarantee that the approved law is not contrary to the Constitution and the spirit of EU integration.
"The decree by the President of the Law on Investigative Commissions is a lost chance to have a not only consensual law to regulate the constitutional functions of the Assembly but also a comprehensive law in the service of the balance and control mechanisms that the legislative power has over the executive power . This decree does not mean at all that the law approved by the votes of the socialists is not in contradiction with the Constitution and in complete antagonism with the spirit of European integration ", writes Tabaku.
