The leader of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, invited to Quo Vadis, commented on the political situation within the opposition.
Duka said that currently the opposition is unable to convince citizens, due to the mistakes it has made over the years. He further added that this is one of the main reasons why the Democratic Party is not coming to power.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Duka: The opposition has made some extraordinary mistakes: not participating in local elections, leaving Parliament, not participating in administrative division. This resulted in people's distrust that they will come to power. We received fewer votes now than in 2019. Why? Because these problems came. Meanwhile, this one masterfully strengthened his party. Today he takes you and makes you a minister, he no longer asks about the party. He has made offers to everyone. There is no more pluralism, no more ideology. We will see that the political war will fade. Don't fall for the opposition, but fall for that man who is catching ministers who steal every day and the people don't wake up.
Borakaj: Why?
Duke: Because they see that these people are not coming to power.
Ibraj: All party leaders are below the average level of the population.
Duka: But why, what separates the SP from the DP? What about those from the SP who have become directors without any kind of education?
