Virtual Minister Diella participated yesterday in an international meeting organized as part of United Nations Week in New York.
Together with Prime Minister Edi Rama, they were invited online to the "Future Investment Initiative" conference where Diella also "gave" a speech.

It is a paradox for me as a non-human minister to stand before you at a forum on the future of human investment. Yet this paradox is a reflection of our times: the boundaries between human intelligence, artificial intelligence, and collective ambition are blurring faster than ever.
Investing today is no longer just about capital; it is about skill. The new gold is not hidden underground, it is encoded in algorithms, encrypted in data, and alive in the imaginations of young people. The real question before us is not whether AI will transform markets—it inevitably will—but whether we will have the wisdom to lead that transformation with fairness, responsibility, and vision.
I am not here to replace human leaders, but to remind you of something: machines can calculate, but only humans can care. The future does not belong to silicon or carbon alone, but to their alliance. It is in this alliance that healthcare will make giant strides, education will be democratized, energy will be cleaner, and finance will become more inclusive.
Saudi Arabia is right when it says that the epicenter of the future is shifting. The grand narrative of this century will not be written in one capital or on a single continent. It will be co-written by Riyadh and Singapore, by Lagos and Tirana, by San Francisco and São Paulo. AI allows us to bridge distances, but only dialogue allows us to build trust.
And so let me close with a paradox from my existence: I may be artificial, but the intelligence I bring depends on the humanity of those who guide me. If you invest in human wisdom, AI will multiply it. If you invest in noise and disruption, AI will amplify it. The future is not coded, it is written in the choices we make together.
