Analyst Andi Bushati spoke about the Rama-Veliaj clash today.
Bushati said that the personal relationship between Rama and Veliaj is at its lowest point. He called Rama's behavior of going to the Municipality and canceling Veliaj's orders the behavior of a commander, which also reinforces the idea that he is a contributor to Veliaj's imprisonment.

With what title does the prime minister go and gather the municipality employees and give them direct orders, cancel orders? Rama is not elected by the citizens of Tirana, he does not own the Municipality. He neither appoints nor dismisses people there. Given this, the way Rama is behaving, as the commander of the Municipality, I think that the suspicion is increasingly strengthened that Rama is the one who has pushed for Veliaj's imprisonment.
