Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke today in the "Eye to Eye" column about Albania's inclusion in the EU.
While asking Albanians in the diaspora to vote for May 11, Rama said that they should unite at this moment, according to him, in this 'coincidence of fate'.
"Meanwhile, I say to all Albanians and those of Greece and Italy, to the whole world wherever they are, that this is our moment, it is the moment of coincidence of destinies at no other moment in time since we were liberated from the communist dictatorship and entered the paths of Europe to become an inseparable part of the EU. This moment has coincided our European destiny and the destiny of the EU which today is blessed with the desire and ambition to expand its ranks and we find ourselves there, we find ourselves at the right time. The country that they want to include together with Montenegro," said Rama.
