Prime Minister Edi Rama has gathered today a meeting of Tirana MPs and municipal directors regarding the action to free up public spaces. He stated that the action will continue because there are many expectations from citizens.
He stated that there will be no tolerance even towards objects that have been legalized.
" The entire inventory of problems identified in the territory, if these problems are addressed properly, is a guarantee that will bring liberation, breathing space to the capital and we will open new perspectives for the ongoing work, so that together with the Municipality of Tirana, we can address the construction of a new mosaic in these territories, of an urban renaissance 2.0. Most of them are with the occupation of public space and practically affect the lives of all communities living in the Municipality of Tirana. The volume is extremely large, they have created a kind of expectation, trust, they bring complaints. It has also started in other parts of the territory ", he emphasized.
