Prime Minister Edi Rama has carried out an inspection at the 'Shefqet Ndroqi' hospital, one of the 17 sterilization centers, a much-discussed concession, for which SPAK has arrested the former deputy minister of health and the businessman who won the tender, Ilir Rrapaj.
The head of the government said that the sterilization concession has guaranteed a new safety standard for operative interventions.
Rama said that SPAK's investigation into possible abuses in the PPP process did not undermine the success of this initiative, and added that the investigation ensures that no one goes unpunished if he cheats the state and the people.
