The Assembly has decided not to include in the agenda of the parliamentary session, the interpellation with Prime Minister Edi Rama, regarding the allegations of Olsi Rama's involvement in the cocaine laboratory in Xibraka, Elbasan.
The request for interpellation was made by the chairman of the democratic parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, who addressed Kucvebdi with the request that the prime minister conduct an urgent interpellation regarding the accusations against his brother.
"Edi Rama avoids the confrontation in Parliament with the Chairman of the Democratic Party Group, Gazment Bardhi. Contrary to the constitution, the Assembly did not include in the agenda the request for urgent interpellation, on the published facts about the involvement of Olsi Rama, the Prime Minister's brother, in drug trafficking in Xibraka. Gazment Bardhi has summoned Prime Minister Edi Rama to an urgent interpellation, addressing 3 issues:
1- Has there been information from the information services or State Police structures, about the association of one of his relatives with the members of a structured criminal organization, or about the involvement of his brother in this criminal activity? If so, what measures have been taken? If not, has it carried out verifications and has it requested information, after the data made public even before?
2- Has he sought and received information why his brother, a person with strong political connections, is the user of the same vehicle with license plate AA653DM, which was used by Olsi Rama and 3 during the planning and criminal activity of the drug laboratory in Xibrakë other members of the criminal organization?
3- What connected Olsi Rama with the head of the narco-organization and why do the heads of the organization, together with your brother Olsi Rama, use the same vehicle in the same period of planning and setting up the cocaine laboratory in Xibraka? What does the brother do with the same car, which at the same time is used by a criminal drug trafficking organization? ", says Bardhi's reaction.
His request for interpellation was made the day before, so that in the session on April 4, the prime minister could answer questions about his brother's possible involvement in this event.
After Gazment Bardhi's statements a few days ago that Olsi Rama is involved in the drug file of the 'Xibraka' laboratory, but that the prosecution did not include him, hiding the evidence, he also asked SPAK to act.
The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Reestablishment DP, says that the member of the criminal organization in Xibrakë, who is unidentified, is Olsi Rama. This is because in the file there is a 45-year-old man who looks like Olsi Rama and he used the same car as the traffickers and has not been identified by the police.
"The Xibraka file should be opened again, the role of Olsi Rama for the drug laboratory should be investigated. I turn to the head of SPAK Altin Dumani, the proof is the file. As for Edi Rama, I have a question about why the leaders of the criminal organization used the same car with Olsi Rama.
The essence of the matter is what Olsi Rama does in the same car, where the criminals also traveled. It's time for the prime minister to prove the misery of the truth and free himself from bandits and traffickers", declared Bardhi.
After that, Olsi Rama himself reacted by saying that he sued Bardhi in SPAK for "false report".
In a document filed today, Olsi Rama emphasizes that untrue facts were declared on television, which he says were not consumed by him.
