From the SP Congress that is being held today, Minister Elisa Spiropali also focused on justice reform.
Like Prime Minister Edi Rama, she said that "whoever made a mistake on purpose must pay", adding that every political exponent has a personal battle with justice.
"Albania has changed dramatically and the golden constitutional principle of the balance of powers has begun to function and give strong signs. There is no small list of friends, colleagues and former colleagues who have a personal bet with justice. Whoever made a mistake on purpose must pay, and whoever proves otherwise has the temporarily closed door open.
The presumption of innocence is sacred, our faith is in justice to the end. We must understand that legal solutions are insufficient if they are not accompanied by solutions through political means. We must move hard and fast towards another type of war, the opening of the SP of young people, meritocracy and conditional career are the political vaccines that immunize us against the shows. SP is both the disease that needs to be cured and the medicine that cures it," she said.
In her speech at the Congress of the Socialist Party, the Minister of State also addressed the political opponent, who, according to her, is a black face.
According to her, SP is competing with itself, not with the opposition.
She called for socialists not to fall into complacency, as this then turns into arrogance, therefore everyone should reflect and work to fulfill the trust of the citizens.
"The race is not with the one in front who is for a black page, but with the citizens. The winner is not judged. Our victory in the next election gives no reason to judge our team. But this is precisely what we must do to heal the ills that come from its governance. As much as we are a governing force, we are also an opposition of ourselves", said Spiropali.
