Democratic leader Sali Berisha has considered the members of the KLGJ more criminal than Irena Gjoka or Irena with 5 surnames, as he describes the judge of the GJKKO, who, according to official documents, is convicted in Greece, but who she did not declare on the decriminalization form.
Berisha said that the members of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, who refused to dismiss Irena Gjoka, are slaves of the regime and Edi Rama.
"These people have no shame, but I will name them here."
With the votes of Yllka Rupa, Ridvan Hado, Markelien Kocaj, Emona Muci, Klodian Kurushi and its leader, Ilir Rusi, with 6 votes, they rejected or decided not to accept the initiation of procedures for the verification and declaration of the incompatibility of the mandate with the famous Irena Gjoka.
These people, who trample on a series of official Albanian and international documents, documents that automatically terminate Irena Gjoka's mandate, are more criminals than Irena herself.
These are the shame of humanity, the shame of civil servants, the shame of Albanians. These are slaves of this regime and of Edi Rama.
For your information, Irena with 5 surnames is a soulmate with Linda of Surrel, in addition to being an advisor to Gys Agas. Her visits have been documented. There is a risk that some of you here have seen the videos in Ergys Agas's file of how the Serbian woman enters and exits Agas's mafia office.
But to vote, to trample on all these documents, means not having even the minimum of professional conscience, legal conscience, means not having human dignity.
To humiliate yourself by denying the apostolic seals, by denying the official forms of this state, means you are complicit in these crimes.
This has never happened in the history, no matter how absolutely inglorious, of Supreme Courts chaired by presidents, because I do not defend the defects they have had, but this could never have been imagined.
"It was unimaginable to violate the laws in this way," Berisha said.
