The re-establishment in Durrës has a new chairman, elected by the votes of coastal democrats. 

At the end of the voting process, held today and after counting the votes for each candidate by the relevant commission, Luan Hoti was the winner. 

In the primaries voted today, 1240 democrats participated and elected the new president.

The result of the counting is as follows: Astrit Xhaferi - 308 votes Loritan Prifti - 278 votes Luan Hoti - 641 votes
