" I think Basha has also understood that the voter should feel you rather than understand you. Last year, the party program that Basha had was approved because it still had the seal and no one paid attention to it. Now the opportunity has come, I don't know if they have negotiated with Rama, but if they have, we need to analyze why Rama wanted to do it. Time may prove otherwise. For example, the polls do not show Rama above 50%. It may happen that he will give fewer than 70 mandates. Coalitions may be needed. With these others, he has made up his mind, because the small parties have expressed themselves. To form a government with Berisha, he compromises himself. But Rama is more interested in someone like Lul Basha who has received proof of loyalty.
People have an idea about the old figures, including Basha, I'm curious about the young ones. But what helps Basha, he came and went, can benefit the new generation, who call this a joke.
