Ervin Salianji seems to have increased support within the DP. After Durrës and Gjirokastra, this afternoon he stopped in Elbasan, where the hall was packed.
In his speech, Salianji did not spare criticism of the situation in the DP. He also stopped at the Presidency meeting, where he stated that he was put on trial for 4 hours, while Rama was talked about for 15 minutes. According to him, the losers should take a step back.

According to him, this government is mired in scandals and all that is needed is protests. Salianji asked everyone to take to the streets on December 22. On the other hand, he also touched on the attacks that are being made against him.
" The last meeting of the Presidency was a 4-hour trial for me and you and 15 minutes for Edi Rama. We must clearly state in every internal discussion of the DP that it is not the right path that it has chosen in its important moments. And I am saying it today, Edi Rama cannot do it either with imaginary enemies, or with repeated promises for years from some who in politics can be known as useful idiots who have nothing to do with the people and whose only balance in a political career is losses. Reorganizing the DP at the same time as the protest is as important as the protest for the DP, to have the massiveness that every democrat seeks. There is no other way but to respect the democrats", he said.
According to him, there is no other path except respect for democrats, responsibility to them, accountability to them, continuous communication and consultation with them, and a true restart.
" We must say it clearly, as I have said it clearly in every internal discussion of the Democratic Party, when I thought that the path chosen by the Democratic Party at important moments was not the right one. And I am saying it again today. Salianji stated that the DP can no longer move forward by holding its head back all the time and saying: 'they stole from us this time, they beat us this time, we made a mistake then and so on'.
" I say it clearly, Rama and the DP have two ways to fall, with massive protests and revolt that paralyze the political life of this country or at the ballot boxes by convincing and inspiring so many people that we can overcome the manipulation that Rama has built into the system from election to election. The only way to do this is to bring the opposition people to their feet, to listen to the democrats, even if only one, so that we are not disturbed by the voice of the democrats who seek victory. We must go beyond ourselves, be true and clear. To bring the democrats and the citizens to the ballot boxes and the squares of Albania. This does not happen by standing around crying ," he added.
