Unlike the other leaders who have come to Tirana and are being received by Rama, the Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis stopped in front of the journalists answering questions from the Greek television ERT.
Mitsotakis is seen stopping at the ERT microphone and looks set to deliver a message before the start of the Berlin Process Summit. Mitsotakis' party lost the two main Greek cities the day before, while it now seems that it will achieve "a victory" abroad by putting pressure on Fredi Beleri, arrested for stealing votes.

While the other leaders met cordially with Rama, the Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabiç seems to have barely arrived in Tirana.
She was quite sullen and rigid in the meeting with Rama as well as in the parade on the red carpet, which is also reflected in the Albanian Prime Minister.
Rama did not "hang" too much on Brnabić, unlike other leaders.

But on the other hand, Rama and Kurti shook hands on the red carpet, where there were also smiles between them.
