Under the guise of supposed humanity for the Hallelujah convicts, the two mafia political groups PS-Foltore, who act as if they are at enmity, made excuses and openly voted in the parliament, the release from prison and the reduction of the years of punishment for the corrupt officials.
According to the orders of Edi Rama and Sali Berisha, their "Sejmen" drafted the amnesty, for release from prison and reduced sentences for former government officials, justice and businessmen, convicted by SPAK and the Special Court for corruption with tenders, bribery, theft of funds and public property, etc.
The amnesty reduces 1.5 years in prison for male officials and 2.5 years in prison for female officials who have been sentenced by SPAK and the Special Court, most of whom are released immediately after being sentenced for a few years due to a shortened trial.
Although the 20 articles of criminal offenses included in the amnesty, the fact that corrupt officials and businessmen who have made deals with them benefit from release and reduced punishment; the two "lecturers" Ulsi Manja and Gazmend Bardhi are trying to convince us that corrupt officials do not benefit.

Because the US-EU demand that the government, the parliament and the opposition cooperate in the fight against corruption, while the lightning rods Edi Rama and Sali Berisha cooperated to release the corrupt officials from prison.
